• Push-notification tokens when you opt in to alerts.

• To create and secure your account.
• To process orders, coordinate riders and notify merchants.
• To send order status updates and optional marketing notifications.
• To improve the platform and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. Sharing your information

We share limited information with merchants and riders only when needed to fulfil your order (for example, your delivery address and phone number). We use Google OAuth for sign-in and map providers for location services. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data retention

We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active or as required by law. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support.

5. Your rights

You can update your language, notification and address settings in the app. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit, row-level security in our database and industry-standard access controls. No system is completely secure, and we encourage you to use a strong sign-in method.
